Betterment & Wellness Programs

At ReadyCare, we proudly offer no-cost health and wellness programs in collaboration with Area Agencies on Aging, senior living communities, and organizations that serve older adults and individuals with special needs. These programs are designed to empower participants through education, prevention, and ongoing health support.

Residents are invited to talk one-on-one with a nurse during regularly scheduled screenings for blood pressure, blood glucose, and other basic health indicators. Our team also leads lively and informative wellness sessions on a variety of topics—from managing chronic conditions to staying mentally sharp and physically safe. We also offer seasonal flu clinics, medication reviews, and home safety checkups.
